Aspect won't close during synchronization task

Observed behavior

Trying to close Aspect, but the message “Storing library” appears and the app does not close until it completes its task

Expected behavior

App closes when I click the close button (or within few seconds)

Steps required to reproduce

  1. import new pictures in my device
  2. Aspect starts synchronizing with other connected devices (NAS folder)
  3. press close button
  4. “Storing library” appears and the app does not close until it completes its task
