Cannot see full path on Duplicates Found dialog

Observed behavior

The path at the top of each set of duplicates is truncated with only the last 2 directories visible.

Expected behavior

Should be able to find the full root path of each set of duplicates to make an informed decision before permanently deleting photos

Steps required to reproduce

1. Duplicate a set of 1 or more photos with different base directory but the same path names for last 20 chars or so
2. Run Find Duplicate Photos
3. It will be indiscernible which photo set is which as the tail of each path is identical

There turned out to be an issue where tool tips did not show up when no control within a window had the keyboard focus. With this being fixed in the next release, hovering the mouse over the path will show the full text.

It possibly makes sense to improve this further, for example by making the paths clickable, so I’ve opened a ticket (#1513) to revise this later.
