Delete image dialog does not accept keyboard inputs

Steps required to reproduce

  1. Doubleclick on any image in the photo stream collection
  2. Press multiple times on arrow right keyboard key until unwanted image appears
  3. Press delete keyboard key
  4. Delete image dialog appears with focused move to trash button
  5. Press arrow right keyboard key (or tab key) to switch to delete permanently button

Observed behavior

Delete image dialog does not react, focus stays on move to trash button

Expected behavior

Delete image dialog changes focus to the next avaiable button

This issue has been fixed and will work correctly in 1.0.0-preview.8.
