GPS location missing

Observed behavior

All imported photos missing gps location, even though the Finder shows them in file info.

Expected behavior

Displaying the GPS location in the given fields as Finder does.

Steps required to reproduce

  1. Export iPhone photos via Photos.app
  2. Import them into Aspect

Operating system/Hardware used

MacBook Air M3, macOS 15.5 (24F74), Aspect 1.0.0-rc. 18.1

Turned out that the Apple framework that we use for loading HEIF images represents the GPS coordinate reference (N/W/S/E) slightly different from the EXIF standard. The next release will convert this properly.
