HEIF Pictures are labelled as RAW

Observed behavior

All imported HEIF/HEIC pictures have an RAW sticker attached to its thumbnail.

Expected behavior

No RAW sticker attached to those thumbnails.

Steps required to reproduce

  1. Import HEIF Pictures from Photo.library shot on iPhone

Operating system/Hardware used

MacBook Air M3, macOS 15.5 (24F74), Aspect 1.0.0-rc. 18.1

It wasn’t clear why we had decided to categorize HEIF images as “RAW”, possibly because it had a similar feel when it was first introduced on the iPhone, but judging it today, it definitely doesn’t fit. I’ll change this for the next release.
