Possibility to customize the event (key) time/year

If I select some picture from 2019 and create a new event, the event appears in 2020. Should be create in the year of the images, if all images are in the same year. If the images are from different years, the event could be create in the current year. Therefor I need the possibility to shift the event to another year!
