My program does not start. I have just installed it for the first time. It won’t start, no program window or error message. I have not yet been able to install the license file. What could be the problem? My computer is a W10 ultimate.

can you have a look at whether an aspect-log.sdl file has been generated? You should find it by entering %TEMP% in the window that appears when pressing Windows+R (or into the address bar of an explorer window). If it does exist, you could send that to me via a direct message, or via mail (bugs@bildhuus.com) and I will have a look at what went wrong. It is just a text file, so if it is short, you can also just paste it here as a reply.
