a new version of Aspect has been released: 1.0.0-rc.10 (view blog post). Youโ€™ll find the download links in the next section of this post. Simply install over the existing installation to upgrade.

Enhancements

  • Errors occurring while removing duplicates in the duplicate removal dialog are now summarized
  • Server: Activities are now displayed in the web UI
  • Server: Now displays an icon on the browser tab of the web UI
  • The library name is not set at the beginning of the clone progress to avoid displaying clone progress for an unnamed library
  • The โ€œMove Toโ€ menu now also works for non-library files
  • Added the possibility to customize the exchange color space for external editors
  • The exchange format and color space of auto-detected editors can now be customized
  • Added a hint for auto-detected editors in the settings dialog

Bug fixes

  • Fixed file system changes not being reflected in the folder browser page if a different page/folder was open while the changes were made
  • Fixed the โ€œMove Toโ€ menu acting on the initial selection when invoking the menu for a new selection within the same, unchanged view
  • Server: Fixed synchronization of newly added files to libraries stored on the server
  • Server: Fixed a crash sometimes happening shortly after starting to clone a library
  • Fixed tool tips not appearing when no widget within the active window has the keyboard focus
  • Fixed handling of manually selected sRGB color spaces for external editors
