Enhancements
- Switching between libraries and library instances is now done using two separate menus
- Libraries can be switched using the existing menu in the “File” menu
- Switching between local instances of the library is now done using the “Library” → “Switch Active Library Instance” menu
- This change aligns the user interface with the notion of a library being composed of one or more library instances
- Improved the error message displayed when the library lock fails
- Added DxO FilmPack and PureRAW as auto-detected editors and fixed detection of PhotoLab on macOS
- The “Show in Finder/Explorer” menu items for events and files are now grayed out for events/files that are not available locally
Bug fixes
- Fixed the “Delete Library” functionality to more correctly read “Delete Library Instance”
- Fixed image analysis not being triggered after switching back and forth between two instances of a library
- The application window is now forcibly moved into the visible screen area at startup
- Fixed an issue where the window might be outside of the visible screen area at startup
- Fixed locally missing of newly created events not getting downloaded from other instances immediately
- Fixed deleting an event that is not available locally with moving its contents to the photo stream
- Fixed duplicates and files that have already been deleted appearing in recent imports
- Fixed an error occurring when attempting to delete a missing file from the library trash
- Fixed the layout of the snippet list for snippets with long titles
