Enhancements

  • The main window is now enabled before starting to load the library instead of after
  • Recent import sources from the Android Sync app are now displayed in a more concise way
  • Slightly optimized reading full JPEG images over slow transports (e.g. from the Android Sync app)
  • Retrospectively configuring an auto-import to move files instead of copying them is now disallowed
  • Linux: A warning is now emitted when attempting to create a new library within a GVFS mount
  • Linux: GVFS mounts are now listed in the file system panel
  • Readjusted some font sizes and the way fonts are drawn
  • Events that have been copied into another event or shoe box folder can now be kept as a duplicate

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue on macOS where dialogs might appear partially drawn when opened for the first time
  • Fixed reading of some GPS and lens information metadata from RAW images
  • Fixed handling of moving all contained files of an event into a new folder
  • Fixed a sub-pixel placement issue for thin borders around some controls when using a display scale factor > 1
  • Fixed an issue that resulted in dialogs initially appearing white on some systems
  • Fixed an issue with certain JPEG files that resulted in a failure to read any data from them
  • Fixed a rare crash when importing images into an individual photos folder right after removing all preexisting files from it
  • Fixed a possible crash when entering system standby while image analysis is running
  • Fixed a possible crash when configuring an import from the Android App to move files instead of copying them
