Enhancements
- Implemented a new welcome dialog that allows choosing between the free or a trial of the pro version, as well as allowing to enter an existing license
- Improved startup and shutdown performance
- The welcome dialog is now skipped when starting in viewer mode
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the global cache would not shrink appropriately after dropping cache entries
- Fixed multiple possible crashes happening when remote files could not be read
- Fixed a possible crash when the system’s network interfaces changed during the run time of the application
- Fixed an issue in the server version where the library list did not update after adding a new library
- Fixed a source of OpenGL errors/crashes on Windows, happening sometimes when closing a secondary window/dialog
- Fixed a possible crash when closing a window/dialog on Linux
- Fixed handling of JPEG-XL images with an embedded orientation
- Fixed outdated wording in the about dialog (“demo” → “free”)
- Fixed a rare application hang caused by a specific timing of loading different images at the same time
