Enhancements
- Aspect library files can now be opened via the folder browser
- Added more recognized video file extensions, as well as .pxd for images
- GIMP 3 on macOS and Nik Collection 7 are now recognized as external editors
- The file download/collection activity can now be paused and will be cancelled when unloading the library
- Events that are moved into a scanned folder will now stay in place instead of being organized into the library folder
- Missing files that have been removed via the file system will now trigger a message box, making it an explicit choice whether to keep or remove them within the library catalog
Bug fixes
- Fixed spurious โbroken imagesโ reports that referred to internal graphics of the application
- Fixed a potential hang of the file download process after synchronizing with another library instance
- Fixed unnecessary generation of error messages during file download from other library instances, which caused slowdowns on macOS
- Fixed wrong margin and spurious extra borders within the loupe/navigator panel header
- Fixed using the backspace or delete keys within the search bar after moving the text caret using the mouse
- Fixed an issue where thumbnails did not load at their full resolution after changing the thumbnail size
- Fixed multiple issues sometimes occurring during a system standby/resume cycle
- Fixed a possible crash at shutdown when the global metadata cache contained no database fragments
- Fixed an issue where the caret position in text edit controls was not updated properly when using the arrow keys
- Fixed centering of the search bar on macOS
- Fixed an issue where a recovered event within a scanned folder would result in an application crash
- Fixed the registration page of the welcome dialog not being closed after submitting the form
- Fixed a crash when creating a new export collection with no initially selected files
- Fixed the image counter for export collections when some already exported images are getting skipped
- Fixed an issue where editing an image would not update the cached thumbnail on a synchronized library instance properly
- Fixed an issue with events/photo folders existing on a library instance where they donโt fit the synchronization rules which caused new images added by other instances to be flagged as deleted instead of downloading them
- Missing files are now re-downloaded from other instances immediately
